1. All deliveries within Singapore are done via Singapore post and should be received within 7 working days from date of payment.
2. MILLIONRUBIES have decided that we will waived all postage & handling charges in Singapore for all our items.
MILLIONRUBIES preferred you to use Registered Mailing at $2.20 to prevent the lost of your product items through normal mailing as MILLIONRUBIES will not be responsible for any product items lost through mail.
3. MILLIONRUBIES may try to do postage & handling for overseas order. Please email us for more details on postage & handling.
4. For a number of security reasons, MILLIONRUBIES does does not deliver to PO Boxes in Singapore or overseas.
5. All prices shown are in Singapore Dollars. For overseas buyer, if you pay via through paypal, the total amount will be converted into your currency as the transaction goes through your bank account.
6. All our product items are non-refundable.
Product items must be returned within 1 week of purchase, unworn and unwashed.You may exchange for another product item that is of equal or higher value. The differences of the amount for the higher value must be paid before the exchange of the product item.
However, if you will like to exchange for a lower-priced item, we will not be able to refund you the remaining balance.
For local & overseas buyer, in order for the exchange to be complete, we will need you to pay for the postage & handling charges so that we can return your order.
7. MILLIONRUBIES guaranteed that all our items are totally NEW, not worn in process and not modelled before.
Our product items are highly sought after by our buyers as we either brought them in from overseas or specially hand-made.
Every product items will be in good condition before MILLIONRUBIES do the mailing.
8. All product items are not bargainable. However, please do look out for MILLIONRUBIES' Smart Buy.
9. MILLIONRUBIES do allow reservation on the product items you have took fancy on. Payment must be made within 3 days once reserved otherwise we will re-list it up on the website for others to consider. However, interested buyers will be put on our waiting list if transaction is not successful.
10. MILLIONRUBIES will specified the sizes of all listed product items.
11. MILLIONRUBIES appreciate buyers to pay using IB (Internet Banking). Banking details will be given in our correspondence to you.
12. MILLIONRUBIES will greatly appreciate if sincere buyers can inform us the name, phone number, address & product items details in the email to us at millionrubies@gmail.com .
